The homeowners wanted the design of their new outdoor space to complement their home and be constructed with the highest quality composite materials. As a design/build firm with extensive knowledge and background in design and construction, we exceeded the client’s expectations.
Timbertech Legacy Tigerwood composite material was selected for the main deck surface complimented with Timbertech Legacy Pecan as a picture frame finish, both chosen for their exceptional beauty, strength and durability. Timbertech Legacy has excellent weathering characteristics and was further enhanced by the utilization of concealed stainless steel fasteners. A Trex Transcend composite railing was installed with tempered glass panels for an unobstructed view of the paver patio, hot tub and pergola above.
The layout and design focused on incorporating many factors into a relatively small space; a main deck surface that included a custom pvc material privacy rail, stairs that lead down onto the paver patio with a hot tub below the custom pergola.
