Our design added more than 1000 square feet to this home, which included two levels of additional living space. The extra square footage made room for a both an upper and lower family room area to take advantage of the beautiful water view through numerous windows make the space extra inviting. Interior included a custom steam shower and sauna. The exterior was a combination of composite deck and stone paver patio.
