All-Craft is looking for an Office Manager to join our growing team.

This is a pivotal role within any organization and often forms the framework for which the company is built.

All-Craft is well known and expanding company within the Residential Renovation industry in HRM. We focus on customer service and quality, which we believe all starts and finishes with our team members.

We are looking for someone that has a great attitude, is energetic, has a passion for organization and details, and can get the job done.

This is a position that will require someone who can wear multiple hats throughout the workday.

Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Perform basic bookkeeping – Working with Sage 50 to do invoice entry, supporting the accountant, and supplier reconciliations
  • Customer service –sales team support role
  • Marketing/Social media – working with our Website team to keep our social media up to date on projects we are completing as well as help organizing our marketing campaigns 
  • General administrative tasks – filing, general office & supplies management, project binder preparation, organizing sponsorship programs and team building events
  • Public Relations – Being involved in committees and associations to help better our industry
  • Occupational, Health and Safety team lead
  • Other office management tasks performed as required


  • Previous renovation industry experience would be an asset
  • Experience using Sage 50 accounting software
  • Previous office management experience (2-3 years)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Valid Driver’s License
