We are is looking for an equipment operator/hardscape installer to join our team.

All-Craft is a well-known and expanding company within the residential renovation industry in Halifax. We focus on customer service and quality, which we believe all starts and finishes with our team members.

We are seeking an operator/hardscape installer to lead our excavation and hardscape operations in our outdoor living division.

Role Responsibilities:

Operating mini excavator, track skid steer, loaders, F550 dump
- Perform daily maintenance and lubrication of all equipment and vehicles
- Safety checks
Complete hardscape projects in cooperation with our deck teams
- Excavation, fill removal, gravel loading
- Base preparation
- Paver or retaining wall installation
- Completion and clean up
Excavate footings, grade properties, remove fill, place and level gravel
Xtreme Post Pilings
- Installation of screw piles (training provided)
- Provide quotes and customer service for installation of Xtreme post screw piles
Aide in demolitions of exterior projects prior to installing footings/piles

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of operating experience – mini excavators and skid steers
Proficient at shooting grades using a transit level
Experience driving trucks trailer and loading and unloading machines
Ambitious and eager to learn and grow
Well organized, able to function with minimal supervision
Own transportation to and from the office in Bedford
Able to work 8-12 hour days Monday to Friday
Strong written and verbal communication
Safety certifications are a benefit
Valid Driver’s License
