This project began not with raw land, but with a vision: to replace an outdated, unsalvageable house on a tight downtown lot with a thoughtfully designed, energy-efficient custom home. What was once a cramped 500 sq ft structure became a stunning 2,400 sq ft, three-level residence—showcasing the best of the team’s design creativity and construction expertise.

Every detail was intentional, from the floating wood shelves and solid surface showers to a full-height fireplace and fully custom kitchen. The open-concept main floor flows effortlessly into a private backyard, while the top floor offers three bedrooms, a den, laundry, and spa-like ensuite. The walkout basement adds a fourth bedroom, bath, and built-in storage.
