With a second child on the way, the homeowners needed more space—and quickly. Rather than compromising their existing master suite to create a third bedroom, a new addition was designed to house a spacious master ensuite and closet, preserving flow and function. The former master area was converted back into a third bedroom, solving the space issue without disrupting the home’s layout.
Additional enhancements included:
A full basement foundation, adding a home office and gym.
A reimagined deck area, now a cozy sunroom off the kitchen and living space.
Seamless integration of new and old finishes for a unified look.
The renovation was completed in two phases to accommodate the newborn, and sustainable building practices were used throughout, including material reuse and waste reduction.
The end result: a flexible, functional home that feels like it was always meant to be this way.
